We recommend suitable materials such as Fluoropolymer (PTFE, PFA and ETFE), engineering plastics and general plastics, based on customer requirements and usage environments. Our offerings include overmolding (metal + plastic and plastic + plastic) to address your needs and concerns.

Our manufacturing processes encompass injection molding, extrusion molding and CNC machining of sheets/rods, tailored to product designs and production volumes.

Products are manufactured in a cleanroom to maintain the purity of raw materials, customer product confidentiality and intellectual property. Our cleanroom construction materials comply with the specifications of CNS14705-1 "Flame Retardant Class 1" national standard and are certified as green building materials, contributing to our efforts to make a positive impact on the planet.

SPPIA has once again attained ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification in August 2023, demonstrating our commitment to continuous improvement and process optimization through the PDCA cycle.
